Chris “Cowboy” Kelbaugh Seminar was a Success

Both the Arizona, and Ohio schools hosted “Cowboy” Kelbaugh for a seminar on August 1st and 2nd respectively. Cowboy is one of Arthur’s original students, who received his blackbelt last year from Rodrigo Medeiros. Chris currently still trains with Rodrigo at the PB fight center in San Diego. Rodrigo was scheduled to come as well but was unable to make the trip, so Cowboy really stepped it up for us. He showed everybody some great moves from the overhook butterfly guard, as well as some special blackbelt ninja secrets from some other positions. Overall the seminar was a smashing success! Big thanks to our teammate Chris Kelbaugh for coming out. The seminar was followed by promotions. Congrats to all the guys who received stripes, and to everybody thats been working hard at Ruffhouse.
